Scroll to the bottom of the page where you'll find an Order Form. This is where you make your order. Fill in the details and you will be contacted shortly after to complete your order.
This is because the option doesn't work. To make your order, see above ^.
An Official fan is someone who has completed a Fan form. This gives them access to the Fan Store, fan discounts, newsletters and much more. To become a fan or know more about them, click here.
The Fan Store is the place for all Official Fans to order their merchandise at a discounted price. There are also exclusive products that only these Fans can order. To become a fan, please click here.
An Official Fan Code is a code emailed to each Fan which allows them to receive discounts on merchandise. If you are not an Official Fan, you do no thave one. You can become a Fan here.
If you are an Official Fan but have not received a Code, please email us at fanzone-theodora@outlook.com, or contact us through Facebook or Twitter.
Shipping depends on where you live and how many products order.
Shipping within New South Wales, Australia is free.
Shipping in other areas of Australia is $10 if orders contain 4 or less items.
- if over 4 items, shipping is increased to $15.
All international orders contaning 3 or less items are $15. More than 3 items will cost $20.

Can I get a refund or exchange?
Only products which have been ruined during the shipment process or are faulty can be refunded.
Wrong sizes can be exhanged only if arrangements have been made within 1 week of having received the item.
No item can be refunded or exchanged as a result of changing your mind.
